Disclosure Regarding Customer Data.This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that our customers independently provide to us about their prospects or customers pursuant to a written agreement we have entered into with such customers ("Customer Data"). Our customers' respective privacy notices or policies govern their collection and use of Customer Data. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy. Any questions or requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to our customer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. If we do, we'll let you know by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website, and/or we may also send other communications.

This Supplemental Notice only applies to processing of personal information subject to the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation. StoryPath's processing may be supported by lawful bases including performance of a contract, legitimate interest, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

SUPPLEMENTAL CCPA PRIVACY POLICY

This Supplemental CCPA Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and only applies to our processing of personal information that is subject to the CCPA. It covers notice at collection, categories of sources, overview of personal information collected/disclosed/sold/shared, uses of personal information, right to opt out, disclosures regarding individuals under 16, sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination rights.

California residents may opt out of "sale" or "sharing" activities by installing the Ghostery ad-blocker browser plug-in or by contacting us as set forth in "Contact Us" in the Privacy Policy.

California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of their rights conferred by the CCPA.
